  • Securely view and share documents: All estate plans, probate pleadings, and legal filings are available in one place. Upload or download documents anytime.
  • View and pay invoices online: We send all billing statements directly through the portal. You can review, download, and pay invoices securely — no more digging through emails or the mail.
  • Direct messaging with our team: Skip the back-and-forth of email and communicate with our attorneys and staff directly in the portal. Everything stays organized and confidential.
  • Real-time updates on your matter: Stay up to date with key milestones in your case, whether you're establishing a trust, navigating probate court, or petitioning for conservatorship.

Online Payments

You can make payments through the San Diego Legacy Law website with confidence. We have partnered with LawPay credit card payment services to accept credit card payments safely and securely for our clients. LawPay adheres to strict standards for payment processing, including 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions; industry-leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information; compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Invoice Payment

If you have received a monthly invoice and have the invoice number, you may conveniently make a payment using the button below. Make sure to include your name and invoice number in the "Reference" field.

Trust/Retainer Payment

If you would like to pay the amount requested in your initial retainer agreement; or, you have received a letter requesting a replenishment of your retainer balance. In the “Reference” field please include your full name and the words “Trust Payment” (i.e. “John Doe – Trust Payment”).
